After your intial phone consultation to set up your event, you will meet face to face with the owner of Spotlight's on You to determine the best suitable DJ for your event and to go over all of the details. This is the best time to talk about any special requests that you may have or to request ideas if you are having trouble with any of your entertainment thoughts.

Wedding Event Worksheets

You will be happy to see the wedding event worksheets we will supply with your music list It will ask all of the essential questions. Are you having a Unity Candle? Are you going to have multiple toasts? These worksheets will help us understand your requests and may also help answer your questions about what are customary items at a wedding and reception.

Interatcive music list

Once you are all set and the contract is signed, you will recieve an interactive music list that will allow you to choose the songs you would like played, the ones you don't want played, and add any requests that we may not have in our library. This will be the go-to music list at your event.
